NEW ORLEANS - Members of Coast Guard Base Support Unit New Orleans tend the mooring lines of the Coast Guard Barque Eagle as the training vessel and its crew arrive to Bienville Wharf for the start of NOLA Navy Week in downtown, April 17, 2012.
