Giuseppe Valadier - Drawing, Entrance Gate to a Villa, 1775 (CH 18355561)

Project design. A gateway in a garden or villa wall. The pair of iron gates is flanked by pairs of pilasters and on each side a projecting freestanding coumn. Pilasters and columns have ionic capitals. Each cornice is topped by an urn sprouting scraggly leaves. Below is the groundplan, and measurement scale.
