For the record, "Shakespeare's Memorial Theatre" is the name given in the Library of Congress' description, taken from Detroit Publishing Co., Catalogue J foreign section, Detroit, Mich. : Detroit Publishing Company, 1905. The photochrom itself calls it just the "Stratford on Avon Memorial Theatre", and "Shakespeare Memorial Theatre" appears to be the most common usage.
