In fact, the formsbulged so much in one section that it was necessary to tear do^vnthat secticn and rebuild it. This situation was due as much to theI carelessness of the forem.an as to the difficulty of bracing. The concrete used in all of the construction in the yard, ex^. cept some of the retaining walls in the east end, was of gravel andPortland cement-- Alsen, lehigh, Penna, Edison, Dexter and Atlas.The aggregate used was taken directly from the gravel banks.
