Photograph shows the home of Colonel Edward Mandell House (1858-1938) at 78 Rue de l'Universite, Paris, France on December 3, 1918. House was an American diplomat, politician and presidential advisor also known as Colonel House. He was a foreign policy advisor to President Woodrow Wilson during World War I.
