Fishing vessel Canyon Runner ran aground in the Sapelo Sound, Ga., and begin taking on water when the three boaters took to a life raft while their Emergency Positioning Indicating Radio Beacon sent a distress signal to Coast Guard Sector Miami pinpointing their location.
