NORTH PACIFIC OCEAN (July 22, 2003)--The Coast Guard Cutter Jarvis (WHEC 725) departs after turning over detained fishing vessel Lu Yu 01 (front right), and fishing vessel Zhou Shun Yu 2002 (background) to Zhong Guo Yu Zheng 118 (Chinese Fisheries Law Enforcement Vessel).
