Coast Guard Cutter Forward conducts Africa Partnership Station (APS) initiative

The Forward is on a scheduled deployment in West Africa supporting the Africa Partnership Station (APS), which aims to increase the professional skills and knowledge of African maritime forces, and improve relations between the United States and each host nation.
