Jonathan Greenert and Larry Adkison, superintendent of the American Battlefield Monuments Commission, reflect upon decorative panels depicting WWII battles during a visit to the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial for a wreath laying and dedication ceremony and pay respect to the service members laid to rest at there. Greenert visited the Philippines to engage with senior military and civilian leaders, speak with students at the National Defense College of the Philippines and officially observe the history and heritage shared by the U.S. and Philippine militaries.
