ATLANTIC OCEAN- Seaman Brynn Barley, the most junior member of Coast Guard Cutter Eagle's crew, clutches a pouch containing the cremains of Rita Kelly just before they are committed to the sea, Sunday, July 5, 2009. Rita Kelly's cremains were laid to rest in about the same location that her husband Coast Guard Capt. Kelly, the 15th commanding officer of the Eagle, were laid to rest in 2004.
