U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Jayna Nakamura and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services wildlife biologist Kris Vagos work together to build bird houses Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, Conn.
