It has been cropped to remove the rather broad white border, straightened, and brightness, contrast, and color adjusted to restore clarity and appearance. On the uncropped image there is no copyright mark or date in the border area or elsewhere. However, it would be from when the film was first released on October 6, 1940. The only marks found on the uncropped image are in the lower right border area where there is what appears to be a printer's union logo, which is unreadable, and to the right of which it says "COUNTRY OF ORIGIN U.S.A.".
