PORTSMOUTH, Va (Feb. 3, 2003)--Coast Guard Petty Officer Christopher Allen, 26, of Group Eastern Shore, gets an Anthrax shot from petty Officer 3rd Class Emmett Blount at the Health Services Division at ISC Portsmouth.
