PACIFIC OCEAN (Sep. 14, 2010) An SH-60F Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the Indians of Helicopter Anti-submarine Squadron (HS) 6 airlifts ordnance from the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) to the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Wally Schirra (T-AKE 8) during an ammunition offload. Nimitz is scheduled to transfer more than 1,200 tons of ordnance during the offload. Nimitz is conducting blue water operations in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of responsibility.
