Kenneth Wilsbach, commander of Alaskan Command, Alaskan North American Aerospace Defense Command Region and 11th Air Force; Army Maj. Gen. Bryan Owens, U.S. Army Alaska commanding general; Maj. Gen. Laurel Hummel, The Adjutant General, Alaska National Guard and Commissioner of Alaska Department of Military and Veterans’ Affairs; and Rear Adm. Michael F.
