ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 08, 2014) Aerographer's Mate Airman Russell Reavis takes wind speed readings aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) during a replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS John Lenthal (T-AO 189) during the multi-national exercise Bold Alligator 2014. Bold Alligator is intended to improve Navy and Marine Corps amphibious core competencies. Working with coalition, NATO, allied and partner nations is a necessary investment in the current and future readiness of our forces.
