A US Navy (USN) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (ABAN) is directing a USN C-2A Greyhound Carrier Onboard Delivery (COD) transport aircraft assigned to the Fleet Logistics Support Squadron 40 (VRC-40), into position on the USN Nimitz Class Aircraft Carrier USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN 71), which is in the Atlantic Ocean (AOC) in support of the Fleet Response Plan (FRP)
