(Aug. 31, 2004) A Sailor assigned to the guided missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61) raises the ship's Ensign after returning from a four-month deployment in support of the global war on terrorism and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Ramage participated in regional exercises with allies and responded to any contingency including those associated with the ongoing war on terrorism.
