A river boat navigates the Singapore River at Clarke Quay, Oct. 4, 2018. Clarke Quay, pronounced “Key,” is a popular entertainment district along the namesake river of the island nation of Singapore. Marines and Sailors with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit arrived in the “Lion City” aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) October 2 for a port visit after more than a month at sea during a regularly-scheduled patrol of the Indo-Pacific region.
