A port bow view of the 44-gun sail frigate USS CONSTITUTION moored in the harbor. The ship is being prepared for its annual turnaround cruise. Each 4th of July the ship is towed into the harbor, a 21-gun salute to the nation is fired, then the ship is turned around and returned to its mooring.
