Mc&rEgnr Brnthers, FlnristSj Springfisld, Dhia IB 'Tulip Rose," so called in Europe because of the feathery shading of bright rose around the edge of every petal, the body or the petal being creamy white and of heavy texture. This rose but adds to its reputation each succeeding sea- son and is now considered one of the finest Koses in the list by leading growers. 15 cts. Md. Cusin—A lovely Tea Rose of large size and excel- lent texture; color, a rosV purple, base of the petals and center of flowers almost' white, no other rose having its peculiar shade; very distinct of robust habit. An excellent winter forcing rose. 15 cts. Marie Lambert—Pure white. It has been called the White Hermosa, as it resembles Hermosa in form and free- dom of bloom, and is quite as valuable; for though no claim has been made for it as a fancy rose, its persistence in bloom will make a very popular white variety for bedding or for pots. 15 cts. Miss Edith GifTord—Of tiue, vigorous growth, foliage similar to Perle des .Iardins. Very fine, both as to bud and open flower, which are large and of heavy texture. uriant. It is only equalled in beauty by the open Rose, which is full to the center and large. It is no shy, creeping plant, but is fairly riotous in growth, sending out quantities of beautiful foliage, thick, glossy and dark, every branch being tipped with the dark reddish- maroon of the young shoots, and bearing its bud or cluster of buds high above the leaves. 15 cts. each. Madame Schwaller-A Hybrid Tea of great freedom of bloom. Color rosy flesh, paler at the base of the petals, and deeper on the edges' Globular when expanded.Of bushy growth and very free flowering.15 cts. BEAUTY OF STAPLEFORD. light pink center. The two colors blend and shade together so nice- ly as to make it one of our most elegant Roses. Compte de Paris—A charming new Hybrid perpetual Rose, in color a bright crimson-red shaded and illuminated with a purple tint. A superb rose—large, brilliant and vigorous. 15 cis. Souv. Gabrielle Drevet—.A^ salmon pink Tea Rose, with center of coppery rose; of good size and form, a beautiful com- bination of color." Very satisfactory in habit; growth, and freedom of bloom. 15 cts. Viscountess Folkestone—A Hybrid Tea that is unques- tionably the artists Ro=e. Of most exquisite form and carriage, and a gem in and of itself, ('olor white, on salmon shading, tinged with salmon-pink. It is stronger, but somewhat similar in growth to La France. 15 cts. The Gem, or "The Fair U nknown"—This Ro.se is identical with JIarie Van Houtte, except that is claimed to be twice the size. Of a flne, faultless straw-yellow color, with the outer petals washed and outlined with a bright rosy crimson; occasion- ally the whole flower will be suffused with light pink. It grows vigorously, blooms freely, and is most deliciously scented. In cool weather it almost changes color, taking on gorgeous crimson tints. A beautiful and superb Rose. 15 cts. Perle des Jardins, or "Pearl of the Garden"—The one Tea Rose which you cannot positively do without. It has ab- solutely no weak point, but is a perfect "and popular Rose. The color is faultless, whether the waxy petals show the rich cream tint of cool weather, or take richer golden shades which a warmer un gives them. The form of the bud is rich, rounded and lux-
