US Army (USA) Soldiers from the Stabilization Forces (SFOR) Sarajevo participated in Operation Smile, a voluntary program designed to bring happiness to the children of Bosnia during Operation JOINT FORGE. On this occasion, the Soldiers (Santa's helpers) visits a local children's hospital to hand out gift bags filled with toys and treats. The gift bags were purchased with money collected on Camp Butmir from military members representing as many as 37 countries
