Soldiers from the 136th Engineer Company of the Maine Army National Guard completed innovative readiness training by building a seawall on historic Wood Island in Kittery, Maine June 10, 2019. The Island is currently undergoing many renovations and improvements in order to restore it for the public to enjoy. The Soldiers are working with a charity that is leading the renovation process.
